My therapeutic approach

My practice is integrative — meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, existential and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). This allows our work to be flexible and tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We will focus on understanding your unique experiences, uncovering underlying meanings, and strengthening your ability to cope and thrive. How online therapy works

Sessions take place online via Google Meet, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This flexibility makes therapy more accessible and consistent — especially for clients living abroad or managing busy schedules.

What to Expect

The first session is an initial consultation lasting 50 minutes. During this time, we explore your current circumstances, personal history, and what brings you to therapy. This helps us understand your needs and decide together how to proceed.

After the intial consultation, ongoing sessions can take the form of:

  • Individual Therapy – 50 minutes per session
  • Couples Therapy – 90 minutes per session

Each session takes place online in a safe, confidential setting and all sessions are confidential and guided by the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
