Clinical Supervision

For Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Mental Heath Professionals

Clinical supervision is a collaborative, reflective process that supports counsellors and psychotherapists in maintaining high professional standards, personal wellbeing, and ethical practice. It is both a space for growth and a professional safeguard — helping practitioners deepen their understanding, develop confidence, and ensure best practice for their clients.

I offer online clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees across different modalities and countries. My supervision style is grounded in the Cyclical Model of Supervision, integrating theory, reflection, and experiential learning to create a supportive and dynamic space for exploration.

Who It’s For

  • Qualified counsellors & psychotherapists
  • Trainees seeking accredited supervision
  • Professionals across different modalities
  • Individual or group supervision options

My supervision approach

As a Diploma-qualified Clinical Supervisor and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred), my approach is integrative and relational. I draw upon the principles of person-centred, psychodynamic, existential and cognitive-behavioural frameworks to help supervisees gain new perspectives on their client work while developing their own professional identity.

I view supervision as a partnership — a space where supervisees feel heard, challenged, and supported in equal measure. Whether you are a trainee therapist seeking guidance, or an experienced practitioner looking for reflective space, my aim is to provide a safe and constructive environment that encourages openness, curiosity, and ethical awareness.

Who I work with

  • Counsellors and psychotherapists seeking regular supervision
  • Trainee therapists completing supervised clinical hours
  • Practitioners working online or across different cultural contexts
  • Supervisees seeking a reflective, integrative, and professional space

What to Expect

The first session is an initial consultation lasting 50 minutes. During this time, we explore your current circumstances and supervision needs. This helps us understand and decide together how to proceed.

After the initial consultation, ongoing supervision can take the form of:

  • Individual supervision – 50 minutes per session
  • Individual supervision – 90 minutes per session
  • Group supervision may be an option, upon request

Each session takes place online in a safe, confidential setting and all sessions are confidential and guided by the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Supervision can be monthly, fortnightly, or as required by your professional body

All supervision is conducted in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and aims to foster professional growth, competence, and wellbeing.

Why supervision matters

Good supervision helps therapists maintain professional integrity and self-awareness, especially when working in emotionally demanding settings. It enhances clinical judgment, supports resilience, and ensures that clients receive the highest quality of care.

In our work together, you will have space to reflect openly, discuss clinical dilemmas, and explore how theory and practice come together in your sessions — always within an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
